Talent Acquisition Coordinator

Reschio is more than the 1560 hectares of wilderness, it is more than an award winning 3 Keys Michelin 35-room hotel metamorphosed from a 1000-year-old castle, it is more than the 50 farmhouses that are scattered across its stunning landscape, 32 of which have been stylishly restored with a quarter available for rent. What Reschio is, is the whole vision of one forward-thinking family who 30 years ago acquired this land with the singular aim of protecting and restoring this extraordinary corner of unspoilt Umbria. That work is still evolving through biodynamic farming and constantly revisiting every aspect of life on the estate starting with design and architecture at its very core. Working at Reschio means engaging with a singular culture: where everyone is trained, invested in and given the space to grow, and, 30 years on, it remains an ambitious, ever-moving project, full of energy and possibility, where no two days look the same.
