The estate comes to life in a different way: woodsmoke curls into frosted skies, the landscape is quiet and misty, fires are lit and hearts are full. Friends and families return year after year, drawn to the intimate rhythm of the celebrations, where every detail, from candlelit processions to Gospel choirs, feels steeped in meaning. It is a season of togetherness, of joy and beauty, held in true Reschio style
A Time to Gather
Festivities begin on 23 December with aperitifs and live music, as the estate slowly fills with light, warmth and cheer. On Christmas Eve, guests gather in the woodland for a festive daytime picnic, with games and a generous lunch shared by the fire. As dusk falls, a candlelit procession winds its way from the Equestrian Theatre to the Castle, led by traditional bagpipe players who welcome all to evening mass in the Bolza Chapel. On Christmas Day, a Gospel choir fills the air with song before the traditional Christmas lunch is served.
It is a time for family and friends, where old traditions come alive and memories are made amidst frosted hills and candlelit rooms
