Located next door to Ristorante Alle Scuderie, our cookery school will lead you on creative foraging walks in the grounds to pick what takes your fancy, show you how to create a variety of dishes, and transform the best of our local produce into scrumptious Italian meals

Truffle Hunting

In Umbria, truffles are a symbol, a dish that is both precious and popular. The land of Reschio offers a great variety of them, and it is the task of our truffle hunters, along with their faithful Lagotto dogs, to find them. Guests can join this search that ventures into the estate's woods. The effort is rewarded with a special feast prepared with the fruits of the harvest

EVOO Tasting

Extra virgin olive oil is a jewel of Italian gastronomic heritage. Each oil retains the soul of the region from which it comes, which is why our tastings are designed as journeys, experienced through flavors and scents with one fixed stop: Reschio, represented by its blends derived from centuries-old olive trees

Drinking wine is a cultural experience. Following this guideline, our expert sommeliers organise their tasting journeys. The selections are assembled based on geographical origin or type, to stimulate the intellect as well as the palate. The wines of Reschio, fine bottles born from the estate's grapes, are indispensable protagonists

Tennis

Take a spin on our Astroturf courts, available for hire to guests, either for a knock-about with friends or for lessons with an experienced tennis coach. The tennis pavilion is stocked with refreshments, perfect for relaxing between games or for enthusiastic supporters to spend time in during a heated match

Biking

Our unspoilt estate is just the place to explore on two wheels, with kilometres of tracks to race around on, or to gently cruise along with the wind in your hair. High quality bikes (including electric bikes) of all sizes can be hired through our estate service team

The Lake

Our secluded, glassy-calm lake is surrounded by nothing but untamed nature, and you really must experience it by exclusively hiring out the lake cabin for the day (for a minimum of six people). It’s magical: just you, the birds, wheeling in the sky above, and that rippling water. Take a dip, glide about on the paddleboards, lounge on the wooden deck, tuck into a freshly-made picnic, start a water-fight … whatever, really. It’s up to you

A Walk in the Wild Side

Having always preserved the land on which it stands, Reschio is still home to numerous wild animals. Wild boars, fallow deers, roe deers, foxes, porcupines, and even wolves are discreet cohabitants whose presence enriches the soul of the estate. Guests can follow the gamekeeper on a nature excursion to try to encounter them

Magical Movies

As the sun sets, our outdoor cinema whirrs into life. Twice a week, throughout the summer, a programme of films is shown in the Teatro Equestre, featuring Italian classics. Popcorn, soft drins, wine, beer and pizza are all served. For those that to see their favourite films, it can be booked exclusively for up to 25 people.
