COOKERY LESSONS
Located just beside Ristorante alle Scuderie, Reschio’s Cooking Academy invites guests into a real Italian kitchen to learn through hands-on experience. From hand-rolled pasta to family-style dishes and handmade pizza, the lessons suit couples, families or groups of friends. Lessons begin at least two hours before a meal, so once the cooking is done, you can sit down together and share what you’ve made
If you are staying in one of the Reschio houses, the cooking lesson can come to you. Our chefs are happy to host sessions in your kitchen, creating a relaxed and familiar setting. And if your house has a wood-fired pizza oven, a dedicated pizza-making lesson can also be arranged
