OLIVE OIL TASTING
Olive oil tasting provides the opportunity to understand this essential ingredient more closely. In a 90-minute session, guests sample oils from Liguria to Sicily, including Reschio’s own blend, and learn to recognise the differences in flavour, balance and character. A small selection of seasonal food pairings is included. If you are staying at one of the Rschio houses, then the tasting can be done in the comfort of your own home as well
