So popular is this culinary delicacy that Reschio has a variety of options for those that would like to unearth the hidden treasure: close to the hotel, the truffle hunter and his reliable dog will be waiting to lead you on a short walk into the woods. Trained to sniff out the strong scent, the dog immediately sets to work. A special truffle menu will be served then at the Ristorante Alle Scuderie.
