Between the 15ᵗʰ and 16ᵗʰ centuries, chancery calligraphy - the first Western cursive script - flourished in Venice, Rome, Florence and beyond. In the heart of Italy, Reschio keeps this refined tradition alive. From 18ᵗʰ to 21ˢᵗ August or from 5ᵗʰ to 8ᵗʰ December 2025, our Master Calligrapher - raised among ancient library volumes - will guide guests through the art of elegant script using quill and inkwell. Over three days, participants will learn to form letters and numbers by hand, and leave with a phrase beautifully written on fine quality paper.
